How to Use Elden Ring Incantations:

Elden Ring Incantations are a crucial aspect of the game, developed by FromSoftware and published by Bandai Namco Entertainment. This single-player role-playing video game is based on the popular “Soulsborne” series and has gained critical acclaim since its release, providing endless hours of entertainment for gamers worldwide.

One of the standout features of Elden Ring is the incredibly detailed and expansive game world, which grants players the freedom to explore at their leisure. Another highlight is the deep and rewarding combat system that presents a challenge even to the most seasoned players. Additionally, the game’s intriguing and captivating story, with its unexpected twists and turns, keeps players hooked throughout.

Apart from conventional weapons such as swords, daggers, blades, and katanas, Elden Ring also offers players special powers in the form of Elden Ring Incantations. These abilities provide your character with the ability to summon various supernatural entities or forces, such as spirits, gods, demons, or primordial forces, and even channel energy to create magical effects.

Elden Ring Incantations differ from another type of special power in the game called sorceries, as they use Faith instead of Intelligence. This makes them better at restoring health and curing ailments. Additionally, Elden Ring Incantations offer a wide range of offensive options, making them a versatile choice for any character build.

To cast Elden Ring Incantations, you’ll need Sacred Seals, items that are scattered throughout the game world. You’ll need to experiment with different spells to find the ones that suit your character and playstyle best. While some players might prefer multi-purpose incantations, others might want to focus on specific areas such as healing or defense.

Ultimately, the choice is yours, and Elden Ring offers plenty of options for you to try out. With a little experimentation, you can discover the perfect set of Elden Ring Incantations to help you survive the challenges of the game.

So, how exactly do you cast Elden Ring Incantations? Regardless of the device you’re playing on, there are five primary steps involved in using these spells effectively. Elden Ring Incantations are an integral part of the game, and mastering them is essential for success.

Elden Ring How to Use Incantations Step 1: Level Up Your Faith and Mind:

Effective use of magic on Elden Ring is always preconditioned on having the correct stats.

All of your Elden Ring incantations – Heal, Rejection, Dragonfire, and more – will scale according to your Faith level. That means the higher your Faith, the more powerful your spells will be. Therefore, we recommend aiming for at least a Faith level of 60.

At this level, all of your Elden Ring incantations will deal maximum damage to enemies and bosses. Investing in other stats is important too, but if you want your spells to deal the most damage possible, prioritize leveling up Faith first.

The other important stat is Mind. If you don’t have high stats in this area, you’ll likely find yourself running out of Mana frequently and may have to use Cerulean flask constantly. We recommend taking Mind to at least level 40, as it will most likely be the defensive, buff, and ranged Elden Ring incantations you’ll be using.

By doing this, you’ll be able to conserve Mana and keep your build going strong.

Step 2: Find Sacred Seals:

To actually perform the spell, you need to have your Sacred Seal in hand. This is the catalyst you need to cast a spell. If the incantation is your ammunition, the Sacred Seal is your gun.

There are many types of seals that can be found throughout Elden Ring. Some can only be bought from vendors, but there are those you’ll be able to collect after killing your enemies. Moreover, you’ll start the game with a Seal in your inventory if you join the Prophet or Confessor starter classes.

Each seal offers different benefits and drawbacks you’ll need to consider when choosing which one to use. For example, some can deal good base damage but will not scale well with other stats. Others will offer very little base damage but will scale extremely well, making them more effective against high-defense targets.

Elden Ring Where to get a Seal:

If you’re starting as a Confessor or a Prophet, you start with a Seal already equipped. If you’re playing another starting class and want to pick up Elden Ring Incantations a bit later, it’s quite easy to get access to one for purchase.

  1. First, you’ll need to get your horse, Torrent, using this guide here.
  2. Once you have Torrent, head to Stormveil castle, via the Castleward Tunnel. It’s in the top northwest corner of Limgrave, the starting area.

  1. Do battle with Margit. Even if you lose, you’ll still be able to unlock access to a Seal.
  2. After one encounter with Margit, you’ll be able to speak to Melina at any site of grace. She’ll describe to you the Table of Lost Grace accessible via the bottom left corner of the map, which gives you access to a new vendor.
  3. Head to the Table of Lost Grace with Melina, and you’ll find a safe zone hub area. There’s also an Incantation vendor here.
  4. When you spawn in, head down the left corridor and past the bookshelves. You’ll find a small room with two mummified witches who can sell you a Seal for 800 runes.

Step 3: Add Incantations to Your Inventory and Equip Them:

To use Elden Ring Incantations, you must first have them in your inventory. There are various ways to obtain them besides Golden Scarabs, such as purchasing them from Non-Playable Characters (NPCs) like Brother Corhyn and D, Hunter of the Dead, or finding them in Prayerbooks scattered around the game world. However, the most straightforward approach to obtaining incantations is by exploring hidden locations and side areas, often protected by formidable foes. Defeat these enemies to acquire your prize!

Each Elden Ring Incantation has a distinct range and effect, so it’s essential to choose the ones that complement your preferred playstyle. Spells also consume varying amounts of Mana to cast, so keep that in mind when selecting your incantations.

To equip Elden Ring Incantations, you must memorize them at a Site of Grace. Make sure to stock up on your favorite incantations before setting off on your adventure to ensure that you have the spells you need to overcome any obstacles that come your way. Remember, to cast a spell effectively, it must be in your inventory in the first place.

Step 4: Increase Your Memory Slots:

Once you have collected or bought the incantations, you need to equip them by adding them to your memory slots.

To increase the number of your memory slots, you need to collect Memory Stones by visiting the various Rise towers spread out across the Elden Ring universe. Each Stone gained creates space for one spell, so you should aspire to collect as many as possible.

Step 5: Equip the Sacred Seal and Press the Attack Button:
